We're delighted to announce some exciting news! For the first time, we're relocating some of our courses to an exceptional setting: the Stade de la Praille! Come and enjoy a unique outdoor sporting experience, with the energy and inspiring atmosphere of the 2024 Swiss Cup winners' stadium. Whether you're a sports enthusiast or simply looking for a new challenge, these sessions promise to deliver an outstanding workout. Don't miss this opportunity to transform your fitness routine and train in an iconic Geneva venue!


In the heart of the Stade de la Praille, where the shouts of victory and the energy of major sporting events still resonate, a completely different atmosphere takes hold. On the vast terrace, bathed in sunlight and offering a breathtaking view of the majestic surrounding mountains, we offer you Fitness Stadium.

In this iconic location, steeped in the history of past sporting exploits, we invite you to enjoy a unique experience. 

From exhilarating Zumba to dynamic Body Attack, from centering with Pilates to targeted Thighs, Abs and Buttocks (CAF) training, you'll soak up the inspiring atmosphere of this emotionally-charged venue.

Cardio and toning objectives with Zumba

Try ZUMBA to combine cardio and toning for a slimmer figure and maximum calorie burn in just 45 minutes, all while having fun to a variety of Latin rhythms.


ZUMBA is a complete physical training class, combining all the elements of fitness: cardio and muscle preparation, balance and flexibility. The choreographies are mainly inspired by Latin dances, but also by various styles such as belly dancing or Quebradita.

With a 45-minute session, the caloric expenditure of ZUMBA is around 400 Kcal on average. ZUMBA is an excellent sport for maintaining and refining your figure.

During the school vacations, we organize full-day, multi-activity vacation courses for children.


During the school vacations, we organize "Kids Club" multi-activity courses for children. We're happy to offer your children a week full of games and discoveries tailored to their individual needs.

Our courses offer a variety of activities: Pilates, creative workshops, classes to a musical beat, etc. All supervised by qualified instructors with youth and sport accreditation.

Days start at 9 a.m. and finish at 5:30 p.m., with lunch and snacks included.

Swim school - back to 2024

Sign your child up for the back-to-school season and turn him or her into an experienced swimmer with Kids Learn to Swim!


The "Kids Learn to Swim" method, developed by the Swiss Swimming Federation (FSN), is structured around 10 levels that will enable your child to become a better swimmer, step by step.

He'll learn to master the various swimming techniques and gain confidence and ease in the water.

Calculating caloric requirements: Determine your target daily caloric intake for lean based on your weight, height, level of physical activity and specific goals. Be sure to create a moderate caloric deficit to promote fat loss while preserving muscle mass.
