We ask you to keep to the timetable and duration of the classes. For your safety and well-being, we advise you not to miss the warm-up at the beginning and the stretching at the end of the classes. Regular attendance at these classes leads to general health improvement, better coordination, strength gain and overall muscular and cardiovascular toning.

*For your comfort, we recommend that you bring a short-cylist or a protective silicone saddle.
