ZUMBA is a complete physical training class, combining all the elements of fitness: cardio and muscle preparation, balance and flexibility. The choreographies are mainly inspired by Latin dances, but also by various styles such as belly dancing or Quebradita.

With a 45-minute session, the caloric expenditure of ZUMBA is around 400 Kcal on average. ZUMBA is an excellent sport for maintaining and refining your figure.
