YOGA PILATE is a full-body workout consisting of exercises such as abdominals, plank (also lateral) and balance exercises. It combines exhalation and muscle tension - which has a strengthening effect on the body and a calming effect on the mind.

This class focuses on the center of the body, also known in this context as the "trunk". From the ribs to the pelvis, all the muscles of the torso are strengthened through slow but intensive movements.
