INDOOR CYCLING is the indoor cycling class that gives maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. To energizing music, take to the road with your coach who will lead the group on a course of hills to climb, sprints and flats, an itinerary that will be established week after week by your coach according to the progress of the group.

Moreover, INDOOR CYCLING is the ideal activity for rapid weight loss: a 45-minute session can burn between 300 and 600 kilocalories, or up to 500 grams of fat per month with 3 sessions per week!
