During the BODYBALANCE class, set to an inspiring soundtrack, you'll loosen up with a few simple yoga movements that incorporate elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing is an integral part of all exercises, and instructors will always offer options for beginners. You'll strengthen your whole body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
