Equipped with mini-fins and a board, you will have to swim in rhythm following the instructions of your coach.
Aquapalming is a group class that appeals to both the physical and recreational sides of the body. During the course, the participants perform beats in the pool, in different positions, whether on their stomachs, backs or sides, in horizontal, vertical or sitting postures. No area of the body is spared!
