Organized by your club Harmony. For an event of this magnitude, we had to do things on a grand scale, commensurate with our ambitions. We'll be taking over the biggest and most beautiful venue in Veyrier, to ensure a sublime show and a great atmosphere!

In 2023, Geneva Swimming 1885 brilliantly won the Swiss championship title, underlining the efficiency and determination of the athletes. Harmony Fitness is delighted with this success and extends its sincere congratulations to GN1885 on this outstanding achievement.

Bircher Muesli: Invented in Switzerland, Bircher Muesli is a blend of rolled oats, fresh fruit, nuts and yoghurt, offering an excellent source of fiber, protein and essential nutrients.

Swiss cheese: Varieties such as Gruyère, Emmental and Raclette are rich in calcium and protein. They can be incorporated into healthy, high-energy dishes.

Wholemeal bread: Swiss wholemeal bread, often made from rye flour, is a source of complex carbohydrates, fibre and essential nutrients.

Fish: Freshwater fish, such as mountain trout, are an excellent source of lean protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
