By working the deep muscles CORE™ is the essential ingredient for a stronger body. A more toned abdominal belt makes you a better person - in everyday life as well as in your favorite sporting activities - it's the glue that holds the body together.

All CORE movements have options, so it's challenging but accessible to all levels. During the 30-minute workout, instructors will guide you through functional exercises with elastics and weights, as well as exercises such as crunches and the plank. You'll also work your hips, glutes and lower back.
