CIRCUIT TRAINING is a training method that consists of performing several exercises one after the other. Once the circuit is completed, the sequence is repeated from the beginning.

The advantage lies in the succession of various muscle strengthening exercises combined with cardio exercises, while alternating the upper and lower body. The goal is to maintain a high heart rate, but without being too tired to maintain proper technique.
