CIRCUIT TRAINING is a training method that consists of performing several exercises one after the other. Once the circuit is completed, the sequence is repeated from the beginning.
The advantage lies in the succession of various muscle-strengthening exercises combined with cardio exercises, alternating upper and lower body. The aim is to maintain a high heart rate, but without having to work too hard to maintain correct technique.
