BIKE SCULPT is a variation of the traditional biking course. It is a cycling discipline that has become an essential fitness activity. It consists of the use of fixed bikes in a group setting, all to the accompaniment of lively and motivating music.
Accompanied by a qualified coach, the course is broken down into several stages: uphill, time trial, or split training. At the end of the course, the bike scult offers 15 minutes of muscle strengthening with dumbbells. The collective energy will carry you and help you to surpass yourself, whether you are a beginner or an expert.
